Incorporated on 18th April 2006 (Company Registration Number 05783452) Variohm Holdings brings together the interests formerly owned by Roy and Joan Moffatt into a cohesive group. This move is designed to bring greater efficiency and better customer service through the improved use of existing staff and facilities. The individual companies within the group will continue to act with great autonomy but will have access to shared expertise and resources.
In July 2007 Variohm Holdings formed Heason Technology Ltd to take over the assets and interests of Heason Technologies Group Ltd, which had gone into liquidation.
On 1st January 2011 the management of B+L purchased the Weighing part of the business. The sensor side will continue from Variohm EuroSensors European sales office, located in Heidelberg, Germany
